Shiatsu. Oriental Massage.

Shiatsu? I can't even say it. Try it with me. Sheeee-ot-su. There you go! This is the ultimate massage! We teach grab massage to relax the body. You can use this on someone and they'll go right to sleep. It's so relaxing! Well, we also teach pressure points.

Pressure points? Sounds like that hurts. Well, they can hurt and heal. If you haven't had a chance yet, take a look at our Chin Na page. Chin Na uses pressure points to stop an opponent, yet, we can use the same pressure points to heal a person too. Of course, we'd rather heal than hurt. It's always better that way.

Food Combining is a method of eating. I mentioned it on our Tai-Chi page but I'll go a little more in depth here. Let's visualize this: It's July 4th. You just had a huge hamburger, fries and are about to dig into that watermelon. Hang on. I'll be back. I'm going to get something to eat. Ok, I'm back. Where was I? Oh, you were about to dig into that watermelon. Food combining is the science of combining certain types of foods for maximum health. For example: Proteins and starches don't go together in the same meal because they are slow to digest and can cause problems in the digestive tract. Well, there goes that hamburger. We, of course get more in-depth in class, so come join us!
